- Undergraduate & Graduate Students are admitted free.

- Must be a full time student at a US University
- Must provide proof of current enrollment with registration form
CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Full refund less a $25 processing fee if registration is cancelled in writing prior to March 3, 2016. Half refund less a $25 processing fee thereafter if registration is cancelled in writing prior to April 14, 2016. No refunds will be given for cancellations after April 14, 2016. Exhibit Only Registrations are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date. Early Bird Registrations Are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable; no exceptions. Name substitutions will only be accepted for Conference Registrations and must be submitted in writing on company letterhead. No substitutions will be accepted for Exhibit Only Registrations.
